From I-94, take exit 1A in Moorhead. Head north for 2 miles, west onto 1st Ave N for .5 miles, turn right into Center. Look for the unusual ship sail roof design.

About
Our Hjemkomst Center museum houses and interprets the Viking ship replica Hjemkomst & its historic 1982 voyage to Norway. See award-winning documentary about Robert Asp and the voyage completed by his children.
Heritage Hall hosts a variety of different traveling exhibits of interest to a variety of ages. See also the replica of the Hopperstad Norwegian Stave Church dating back to the 1100s set in beautiful Viking Park beside the Red River of the North.

From April 1 to December 31, we extend our Tuesday hours to be open from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m

Adults, $10; seniors & college students, $9; youth (5 - 17), $8; children (4 & under), free. Group rates available with reservations.
