Hjemkomst Landing Canoe & Kayak Rentals

The rental shack is located at Hjemkomst Landing in the parking lot of the Hjemkomst Center, 202 1st Ave N., Moorhead.
Hours of Operation are May 30th - September 9th (subject to change depending on river and weather conditions.)
• Tuesday, 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• Thursday, 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• Saturdays, 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Sundays, Noon - 6:00 p.m.
Individual Rentals: Single and tandem kayaks and canoes are available on a first come first serve basis. Rentals include paddles and personal flotation devices, which must be worn at all times.
Cost: Rent a canoe or kayak for $10/hour/vessel. After the first hour, the rate is prorated depending on how long the vessel is out on the water.
Group Rentals: To rent 5 or more vessels, call 218.299.5296 at least 14 business days in advance. Schedule is dependent on staff availability. Reservations are not available during regular rental hours. Minimum of two hours or a $100 minimum rental fee.
