Hippo pockets 4ever! It began with a craving. For cheese, for crunch, for glory. Hippo Pockets opened the OG location - a ghost kitchen - in the same space as our Centro Nicollet & Everywhen Burgers concepts. Our first brick-and-mortar in South Minneapolis opened in the Summer of 2025.
