We are a quiet 'Gated' full service family resort with 8 fully-equipped, modern, air conditioned, clean cabins with cable TV, AC, Wi-Fi, Camping and seasonal RV sites also available. Located on quiet, deep, clear 5,000 acre Ball Club lake. Concrete boat ramp, protected harbor and new docks with electricity. Excellent multi-species fishing, jumbo perch, walleye, northern, crappies, bass and pan fish, swim beach and play ground. Located near Deer River and the new White Oak Casino.

Office hours 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. any day of the week
Rates
Cabin rates are based on a per head rate. One person = $115. Two people = $57.50 each. Three people are $45 each and four or more are $39 each per night plus tax. Weekly rates include the seventh night as free. Kids 12 and under are FREE, Call for RV.
