WELCOME to ISLAND VIEW RESORT Historic 1937 FAMILY-FUN-FISHING Resort, with 13 Rustic & Charming lakeside cabins spread out over a half mile of shoreline, 14 acre panoramic peninsula, large playground, beach, plenty to keep the kids busy, gather in the Vintage Lodge.
Island View Resort has a long history of providing clean, quality accommodations on grounds naturally suited to be a wonderful setting for a resort. Suitability--Whether you come with a large group or by yourself, we have a Minnesota cabin to suit your needs. The smallest cabin is a cozy one-room quaint cabin. All sizes in-between! Relaxing--All the cabins have comfortable private decks--great for lounging and relaxing. Grab a book, put your feet up and relax while you soak up the serenity that comes from watching the soothing lapping of waves on Pelican Lake. Fishing--Pelican Lake offers an abundant variety of fishing. Feisty northern pike and bass give the seasoned angler a real thrill in the catch. Bluegill and crappie fishing is fun for everyone, but especially for the children, who are just learning the joy that comes from fishing. Beach--For those off times when you want to do something besides go fishing, experience a refreshing swim at our 180-foot beach
