Kee Nee Moo Sha Resort

About

Kee Nee Moo Sha means "Sweetheart of the Maples" in Ojibwa and is a uniquely spacious resort on the Woman Lake chain, as featured in National Geographic Magazine.

Choose from a range of accommodations including traditional knotty pine cabins, new upscale lake homes and authentic family log lodges – scattered along over half mile of pristine lakeshore - all individually owned and lovingly maintained. Each has a deck or patio with a gas grill and many have fireplaces, satellite TV and wireless internet (also at the lodge).

Enjoy our spacious grounds surrounded by 100 acres of secluded woods and hiking trails. Families love the 200-ft. sugar sand beach, waterpark-style lake waterslide and beachside patio. Amenities include Perception kayaks, paddleboats, a recreation lodge with wood burning stove, playground, beach volleyball court, half basketball court, campfires and kids activities. Lund, Pontoon and other boats, motors and shore stations are available.

Fishermen enjoy the diversity of lake structure, habitat and species in the Woman Lake chain, and our dockside gas, battery charging, bait, fish cleaning house, depth finder and trolling motors.

Also featured in "Time at the Lake/A Minnesota Album" it’s a place north of the stress zone, where memories are made.
