Walking distance to all downtown and Canal Park entertainment, 30 sites. 12 with water elect and sewer, 18 with water and elect. Big rigs welcomed. On level blacktop with no trees to block TV reception. At a Marina on the waterfront next to the Marriott Fairfield (island ) Inn and Suites.

SEASON CAN EXTEND ON BOTH ENDS - DEPENDS ON WHEN THE BOATS GO IN THE WATER AND WHEN THEY COME OUT. - SITES ARE WHERE THE BOATS AT THE MARINA ARE STORED DURING THE WINTER.
