Fifteen miles of skiing and hiking trails. Mostly intermediate level trails. Located from Virginia 4 mi N on US Hwy 53 to Laurentian Divide Rec area. Trail runs along billion-year-old ridge dividing Arctic Ocean and Atlantic Ocean watersheds in Superior National Forest. Shelter along trail. Maple hardwood forest on crest of divide.
