Established in 1927 and on the National Historic Register, the Lowell Inn offers 23 beautiful, restored romantic guest rooms featuring today’s amenities and 12 contemporary rooms in our new annex. The classic Lowell Inn is walking distance to boutique shops, restaurants and the scenic St. Croix River.
The George Washington Room offers classic beauty recreating the elegance and romance of Colonial Williamsburg. Open year-round, the decor includes sparkling chandeliers, high arched Colonial windows, original flooring and beautiful antique furnishings. Our traditional American menu offers ample selections for all palates and budgets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Full bar and wine selection. Reservations recommended.
Enjoy a leisurely and unique fondue experience in the enchanting Matterhorn Dining Room, dedicated to the lost art of Swiss wood carving. The menu for our fondue is plentiful and provides a unique night out. Reservations are required.
