Mousse Sparkling Wine Co. is a Minnesota winery specializing in sparkling wines and hard ciders using locally grown fruit to enjoy every day. Whether you're in the mood for a mimosa on a Sunday morning, a champagne toast for a loved one's birthday, or just want to enjoy a glass of wine with a friend after work, we welcome you to pull up a chair in our historic tasting room in downtown Jordan and grab a glass.

Premium Sparkling Wines - Enjoy our house-made méthode champenoise and charmat method sparkling wines made from Minnesota-grown grapes.

Hard Ciders - We source our apples right here in Minnesota! Served on tap and in the bottle, with seasonal flavors available.

House Wines - We understand that not everyone likes bubbles all the time, so our range of House Wines are friendly and approachable, without bubbles.

Mimosas and Specialty Cocktails - We offer mimosas every day, with a rotating menu of seasonal specialty mimosas and cocktails.

Small Plates and Desserts - We offer a simple selection of cheese and charcuterie plates to our guests. Vegan and gluten-free options are available. We also welcome you to bring in your own food if you'd like.
