In January of 2022, we rebranded as Nouvelle Brewing so we could more heavily feature the brewing talents of Andy, as well as our creative chef team. We are Craft Malt Certified and a Certified Independent Craft Brewery. We source local hops, malt, and ingredients as much as possible.

We have 26 rotating taps for you to imbibe when you dine in including something for everyone including light/crispy, hoppy, malty/roasty, and fruity/sour brews. Because we’re a small-batch brewery, our tap list changes often. View our current tap list online. If you’re on the go, you can also grab a crowler to enjoy later (a 750mL can equal to about two beers).
