25.0 km trackset. 25.0 km skate-ski. Located from Grand Marais 2 mi N on Co Rd 12 (Gunflint Trail), then E on Co Rd 53 to Pincushion Mountain Area Trail Head public lot. Trail runs through rolling terrain along Devil Track River canyon and ridge above Lake Superior. Trails for all levels of skiers. Skiers warming building and 1.6 km lighted trail. Lodging at B & B. Trail open for cross country skiing Nov 15 to April 10. Trail open for hiking April 10 to Nov 15 and mountain biking May 1 to Nov 15.

Minnesota Ski pass required in winter. Trail is open year round for skiing in winter and hiking and mountain biking in summer.
