About

The Pollinator Park is one of New Ulm's hidden gems, offering a peaceful place to experience native Minnesota plants, butterflies, bees, and other important pollinators. Originally inspired by a simple idea to create a space where children could release monarch butterflies, the park has grown into a vibrant habitat filled with colorful blooms that change throughout the seasons.

Visitors can stroll the walking trails, enjoy interpretive signs, photograph butterflies and wildflowers, and learn about the important role pollinators play in our environment. Whether you're looking for a quiet nature walk, a family outing, or a beautiful place to relax, the Pollinator Park offers a unique outdoor experience just minutes from downtown New Ulm.

Admission is free and the park is open year-round, with peak blooms and butterfly activity from late spring through early fall.
