Reno Horse Campground
About
Located in Richard J. Dorer State Forest, managed by Beaver Creek Valley State Park. The nine horse campsites are considered "primitive," designed to furnish only the basic needs of the camper. The campsites consist of a cleared area, fire ring, and table. In addition, vault toilets, garbage cans, and drinking water are available.
In addition picket lines, vault toilet, shaded campsites, picnic tables, and a hand-pumped well and allows for portable corrals.
Dates
Open year round, but campground is not plowed in winter.
Rates
All sites are on a first come, first served basis to be paid on site.
