In 2007 Rayna & Steve Tucker (Frazee native) moved from Alaska to purchase Ice Cracking Lodge Restaurant. After 12 years of owning Ice Cracking and raising our kids in Detroit Lakes we decided to do something different and sold in 2019 to purchase the old country kitchen building. After an extensive remodel we opened in August 2019.

Rayna’s dream has always been to have a sushi restaurant in Detroit Lakes, Mn. that is known for fresh fish. In addition to that, Steve wanted to incorporate the American side such as Broasted Chicken so that it didn’t limit the clientele. The goal is to bring in fresh fish from around the world either once or twice a week. Come join us for a fabulous meal and see what else they have up their sleeves.
