Laura Ingalls Wilder Site, on the National Historic Register, was built in 1876. Two floors of exhibits including a Country Store and exhibit on Richard Sears of Sears & Roebuck fame. Washburn-Zittleman House Museum built in 1866. Features beautiful Victorian furnishings.
We invite you to visit the church museum and learn about the Wilder family and their time in Spring Valley. The beautiful Victorian-Gothic-designed church, built in 1876, displays two floors of unique artifacts and information related to the Wilders and Spring Valley history. Don’t miss the Washburn-Zittleman house and History Hall across the street for even more relics of the past preserved from yesteryear.
