We proudly share our inviting space with 45th Parallel Distilling, enhancing our offerings. Our local spirits bar program features an extensive selection of hundreds of small, artisanal local distillers, along with a diverse array of beers, thoughtfully curated wines, and housemade products crafted by our award-winning bar crew. We place a strong emphasis on utilizing local, fresh, and organic ingredients whenever possible, reflecting our commitment to quality. We genuinely love collaborating with small local farmers, craftspeople, brewers, and distillers to offer our clients one-of-a-kind culinary experiences. Furthermore, we are dedicated to using only humanely raised and antibiotic-free meats and seafood, underscoring our belief that what we consume should contribute positively to our health.
