Make yourself at home on Gull Lake at Sunset Cove, a lakefront retreat for up to 12 guests in the Brainerd Lakes Area. With western-facing water views, a sandy swimming area, private dock, and space to gather inside and out, it’s an inviting home base for a family lake vacation.

Spend the day swimming, fishing, or exploring the lake in one of the two provided kayaks. After dinner on the deck, settle in for the sunset from the dock, gather around the fire pit, or unwind in the hot tub. Indoors, the game room keeps the fun going with air hockey, a Nintendo Switch, a tabletop Pac-Man game, and a large smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen makes group meals easy, and the home provides Wi-Fi, linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Downtown Nisswa, golf courses, restaurants, and Hole in the Day Bay are nearby, giving you plenty to explore beyond the shoreline.

• Upper level: king primary suite with an ensuite bathroom; two queen bedrooms; game room with two twin beds and two twin trundle beds

Good to know: One dog under 80 pounds is welcome with prior approval and applicable fees. Parking is limited to three vehicles on the property; boat trailer parking requires advance coordination. The home is near Highway 371, so some traffic noise may be audible. Dock, kayaks, and patio furniture are seasonal.
