OUR STORY
A FAIRMONT FAVORITE,REIMAGINED.

Some names become part of a town's story. Torge's is one of them. First introduced in Fairmont in 1978, Torge's quickly became a place to gather for good food, good company, and a little fun. Today, we're bringing that familiar name back with a fresh look, a new menu, and a new energy while keeping the welcoming spirit that made it feel like home in the first place.

The return of Torge's

Back in 1978, Torge’s Pub opened in Fairmont, bringing a new place to gather, enjoy live entertainment, and spend time with friends. Over the years, the Torge’s name became part of the story of this corner of Fairmont, including its time at what was then the Holiday Inn. Now, decades later, we’re bringing that familiar name back, not to recreate the past, but to build on it and create a new chapter for Torge’s in Fairmont.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD BAR & GRILL
Familiar. Just Not Dated.

Maybe it's dinner with the family. Maybe it's meeting a friend after work, grabbing a burger and a beer, catching up over a cocktail or settling in for a long conversation. Whatever brings you through the door, we want Torge's to feel easy, comfortable, and welcoming.
The original Torge's knew that a great neighborhood spot wasn't just about what was on the plate, it was about the people around the table. We're bringing that same idea into today with a space that feels familiar without feeling stuck in the past.

ROOTED IN FAIRMONT
BUILT FOR WHAT'S NEXT.

There's something special about bringing a familiar name home. Torge's has been part of Fairmont's restaurant history for generations, and we're proud to give that name a new chapter.
The look is new. The menu is new. The experience is new. But the reason for bringing Torge's back is wonderfully simple: to create a place where Fairmont can gather, make memories, and enjoy something that feels both familiar and entirely new.

Welcome back to Torge's.
