Rates
$600 a month plus electricity (includes water and sewer). 5 Months - $2350 a season (Sites 1-19).
$1800 a season for all other sites (20-62).
90 days - $1500 (sites 19-62) (includes water and sewer).
90 days begins the day of arrival
