Founded in 1968, White Bear Center for the Arts (WBCA) is a non-profit community art center serving people of all abilities and generations. At the art center, you'll find a broad range of art classes, as well as exhibitions from emerging and established artists. WBCA's mission is to enrich lives by celebrating art, nourish imagination by inspiring creativity, and build understanding by connecting people.
