In an effort to keep our community partners and community safe, and due to the recent surge in COVID-19 Omicron cases, Urban Expedition China – originally scheduled for January 16, 2022 – has been rescheduled to February 20, 2022 from 1-3pm. We look forward to celebrating the cultures and traditions of China in partnership with the amazing CAAM Chinese Dance Theater at a safer time!
The Mankato Bridal Show continues to be the largest bi-annual bridal show event in Southern Minnesota. Each show brings over 50 talented wedding professionals to chat with newly engaged couples and showcase their services!

The tour is designed for serious riders and families alike, choose from three different routes of 12, 30 or 50 miles - traveling out and back on the Mesabi Trail from the Pioneer Mine Museum in Ely. In this class, you will learn how to properly prepare your piece before you start painting, what supplies you’ll need, and what makes Country Chic Paint superior for all your furniture painting projects. You will learn four layering techniques, including three different distressing methods. You will also work with several finishing products (such as wax and hemp oil) to add protection to your pieces. If you want to learn how to use Antiquing Wax or one of the other specialty waxes, you definitely don’t want to miss this class!

The 2021/2022 season is the second Tuesday of the month – February, March, and April. Performances begin at 12 pm, dancers perform excerpts from the company repertoire, highlighting events for their coming season.
