New Brighton History Center Museum
An 1887 railroad depot museum filled with many railroad artifacts plus local historical pictures and area maps. A 1945 caboose and refurbished railroad work cart, baggage carts and mail cart are also on the site. Special events in June, August and September. Private tours available - call 651-633-4070.

Part of the original "Big Woods," this park is known for its spring wildflowers, large hardwood trees, and fall color. Take the boardwalk trail or hike to Hidden Falls. The best way to see the beauty of this park is on foot, on 11 miles of hiking trails. In winter,Snowshoeing is permitted anywhere in the park except on groomed trails, and roped-off, sensitive areas, 4 miles of snowmobile trail.

Nemadji State Forest Trails
Riders can explore the trails that climb through Nemadji State Forest. The southern trails wind across gently rolling upland, moving to steep stream valleys in the northeast. Tight curves and steep hills on the OHM single-track trails challenge even the most experienced riders. Trail connections to the Matthew Lourey State Trail and the Gandy Dancer Trail offer additional riding opportunities.
