Morris Wetland Management District

Over 53,000 acres of federal land dedicated to wildlife and outdoor recreation featuring prairie pothole habitat. 248 waterfowl production areas open to the public for hiking, hunting, birdwatching and more. Species include grassland and wetland dependent birds and prairie plants.

Morris Point Lake View Lodge

Morris Park Players

Morris Park Players began as the Morris Park Father Singers in spring 1952. Over the years, the group transformed and expanded its repertoire, first changing in 1968 to the Morris Park Singers, and again in 1981 to its present name, Morris Park Players. Now with more than 100 productions to its credit over 60 years

Morning Star Resort

Morning Star Resort is a full service resort located in the Northwoods of Minnesota, on beautiful Lake Andrusia. Secluded, yet near many area attractions. Mora Area Chamber of Commerce

As the Chamber of Commerce for all of Kanabec County, we promote all of our members' businesses and act as a visitors center providing tourism information. We work toward promoting our area's seasonal events, natural resources as well as sharing our Scandinavian heritage and history to all who are interested. Centrally located in east-central MN, the Kanabec Area is about one hour from everywhere. The metro areas of Minneapolis/St. Paul and St. Cloud can be easily reached in a little over an hour and Duluth in an hour and a half.
