French Meadow Cafe & Bakery - St Paul

French Meadow began in 1985 as the first certified organic bread bakery in the U.S.A., baking traditional organic, yeast-free bread that was as delicious as it was healthy. As a pioneer in organics, we opened the popular Uptown Minneapolis cafe in the early 1990’s by customer demand, and have been serving deliciously natural, local, organic food -- including vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan -- ever since. Now, we also have a location in our sister city, St. Paul.

History Center of Freeborn County

Dive into Freeborn County history! The history center campus is located at 1031 Bridge Avenue, Albert Lea, MN and includes a history center, the Kevin Savik Research Library, and a historic village. 

Established in 1948, the history center houses a gallery of changing exhibits, a gift shop, the Kevin Savik Research Library, and archives and collections. ?The village includes an array of historic buildings and stops as well as agricultural displays.

Free Twin Cities River Rats Water Ski Show

We are a show ski team in Minneapolis Minnesota located on the Mississippi River between the Broadway and Plymouth Bridge. We provide FREE water ski shows all summer long. Whether you’re just getting off of the course or just stopping by to watch a game, drop by for a frosty beverage and some fantastic food. The menu features mouthwatering wings, juicy burgers, and tasty sandwiches with a full bar to wash it down. Located at The Pines Golf Course at Grand View Lodge and open daily.

Franz Jevne State Park

Secluded and peaceful, this park offers picturesque views of Ontario and the Rainy River. Short paths and a boat launch offer access to the river for fishing, where anglers can catch walleye, northern, small mouth bass and sturgeon. There is a public boat access to the Rainey River from the park. Stay overnight in one of the 21 rustic campsites. 18 campsites are drive-in and 3 are walk-in. These sites are equipped with pit toilets and a hand pump for water. There is a picnic area near the water, so you can relax as you enjoy fishing in the Rainey River.
