Hyacinth

Hyacinth is a small, 40-seat, Southern Italian/Mediterranean eatery located on Grand Ave in Saint Paul, MN.
Our menu changes frequently as ingredients come in and out of season - everything from our pastas to our cocktails.

Reservations are available, but they fill up quickly, so we recommend booking at least a week or two in advance.

The 7 seats at our bar are on a first-come, first-served basis. We also reserve a few tables in our dining room for walk-ins only.

Hutchinson Theatre Company

This thriving organization is delivering high-quality community theater productions to Hutchinson, Minnesota and the surrounding area.
Since 2003, the Hutchinson Theatre Company has produced three shows per year in spring, summer, and fall. We are dedicated to bringing people of different ages and backgrounds from Hutchinson and the surrounding area together to create high-quality community theater.

Through collaborative, interactive, and creative engagements our organization brings high quality, dynamic arts classes, presents diverse visual arts exhibition series showcasing the work of local and regionally recognized artists, and creates arts experience events and programs for all ages.

This facility is a equipped with 16 lanes available to those serious bowlers as well as those looking just to have a good time!

Huntersville Trail

Fifty-nine miles of OHM trail twists through Huntersville State Forest. Much of the trail is single-track, with some two-track and service road loops for beginning riders. All trails are marked and range from Easiest to more difficult. The Huntersville Trail is a great alternative to the more technical Martineau Recreational Trail.

Huntersville Forest Landing Campground

Located in Huntersville State Forest by the Crow Wing River. The campground is considered "primitive," with limited amenities designed to furnish only the camper's basic needs. Access to primitive toilets and drinking water. Surrounded by forest recreation opportunities, with access to the Crow Wing River for swimming, fishing, and boating.
No reservations; first-come, first-served. Fees collected on site. Managed by Itasca State Park. 

Huntersville Canoe Outfitters

Complete and partial outfitting for canoeing, kayaking and camping trips down the scenic semi-wilderness Crow Wing and Shell Rivers. Shuttle service available. Experience not necessary. Enjoy clean fresh air, cool clear water, abundant wildlife, forested campgrounds and historic sites. New item: 3 or 6 mile tube trips.

Castles Resort

Our resort features new and historic log cabins set in a private neighborhood on Isle Bay, Mille Lacs. When you walk onto our property you'll feel right at home! We are within walking distance to parks and shopping. We offer Guide Fishing, a charter boat service, boat rentals, and sell gas, bait, and snacks.

We feature wheelhouses (Ice Castle, DreamShak, and Hog Lodge) complete with flat-screen TVs, DVD players, play stations, stove, oven, and bathroom and most have DirecTV. We also have skid houses which are standard ice houses with bunks, holes, table/chairs, and heat.

Hunt's Resort & RV Park

Hunt's Resort has 14 RV sites located across the road. Hunt's Bait & Convenience Store features live bait and a large variety of tackle, along with grocery items, milk, pop, ice and licenses. We sell premium gas dockside. We rent fishing boats, motors, pontoons, and boat lifts. Lake Minnewaska, approximately 9 miles long, is known for walleye, northern, bass, crappie, bluegill, sunfish and perch. There is a sandy beach area for your enjoyment along with paddleboats, a slide, and a lakeside playground area. There are grills, picnic tables and lawn chairs for your use.
