Como Town Amusement Park

Welcome to Como Town, the amusement park for kids ages 2 to 12 and their family. Como Park Zoo and Conservatory

Como Park Zoo & Conservatory will overwhelm your senses with unique experiences. The zoo's exhibits of exotic animals include gorillas, giraffe, polar bears, sea lions, tigers, and orangutans just to name a few. Tropical Encounters exhibit will immerse you in the sights, sounds, and smells of a South American rainforest. The stunning conservatory gardens include seasonal flower shows, tropical gardens, orchids, ferns, bonsai and a world renowned Japanese Garden. Como offers unique classes and programs for all ages, and is an award winning wedding venue.

Como Park Golf Course

The Como 18 Hole Golf Course is nestled behind the historic Como Park Zoo & Conservatory and just across Lexington Parkway from the scenic Lake Como. The course has a par 70, plays 5,581 yards from the middle tees, and has a rating of 67.5 and a slope of 122.

Como is a shorter, sporty course that is a fair test for the average golfer. There are not many straight putts on these rolling, well-bunkered greens. Water hazards and elevation changes add to the subtle challenge and beauty of this layout. The clubhouse provides a full service bar and quality food service.

Como Lake Bed and Breakfast

This century-old Craftsman-style home has hardwood floors and woodwork throughout An open staircase descends into the Inglenook room where you can often find a blazing fire in the winter. The front porch and gardens are perfect for morning coffee, afternoon tea, or an evening glass of wine to watch the lake birdlife or sunset. The king suites are spacious and well-appointed. Easy access to all of the Metro.

Como Falls

Como Falls Park is located behind the Fire Station, and is accessible either from there (9 Mill St.) or from the pool (20 Como St.). From the back of either parking lot, just follow the crushed stone trail.

There are picnic tables and charcoal grills for picnics, as well as plenty of open grass for family activities.

The park is available for special events and weddings.

Commonweal Theatre Company

A not-for-profit, professional theatre company dedicated to delighting and challenging the audiences of our region. Run by a collective of artists and administrators, we are committed to the values of collaboration, community, diversity, and artistic integrity, and to making educational opportunities and live theatre accessible to as many as possible.

Commemorative Air Force Museum

Our museum houses a large collection of World War II, Aviation and other military displays and memorabilia. The museum is composed of 6 rooms plus the display area in the hangar. The rooms cover the Pacific Theatre, European Theatre, Flight Simulator Room, Cold War, Local History and aircraft design. Our main display area houses our aircraft and a number of World War II vehicles. Our museum contains thousands of pictures, uniforms, personal equipment, models and other items.

Commemorative Air Force & WWII Museum

Housed in a 1941 Navy Built Hanger, our museum contains aviation artifacts, WWII vehicles and aircraft. Aircraft include B-25 Mitchell, PBY Catalina, P-51C Mustang and several trainer and liaison aircraft. Museum contains uniforms, pictures, posters and other material from WWII. Special events during the year. Facility available for private events.
