Green Lea Golf Course is an 18-hole, par 72 course located on the north side of beautiful Albert Lea, MN. The course gives the golfer a feeling that is not found anywhere else in the country.
The course features a rich history. Established in 1949, as 9 holes, Green Lea expanded to a full 18 in 1965. Today, the course offers a top-class restaurant and is home to one of the longest running match play tournaments in the state: "THE SHORTSTOP." Water comes into play on 9 holes.

Green Lake BMX Track is a fun BMX track that provides racing opportunities for kids of all ages. From the two-year old learning to balance on the Strider pushbike, to the expert athlete flying over the obstacles with the greatest of ease, to the seasoned rider who still digs the rush of the ride, every track has something fun for every level of rider. And that’s the really great thing about going to the BMX track; big or small, novice or expert, you ride at your own speed. Races are held every Wednesday night with registration from 6:00pm-7:00pm.
A privately owned 60 acre urban forest inside the City of Wadena open to the public during daylight hours for quiet outdoor activities such as: strolling, birdwatching, picnics, and
winter kicksledding, etc.
