Join us at Foci Minnesota Center for Glass Arts for the reception and artist talk for our solo glass neon exhibition Embracing Fallibility, followed by a neon bending demonstration by the artist James Akers. Embracing Fallibility is an exhibition of neon sculptures that celebrate the fallibilities that make humans human. This reception is an opportunity to meet a local professional glass artist and hear them speak first-hand about how and why they create their artwork.

Coolest Projects

The Raspberry Pi Foundation is thrilled to introduce Coolest Projects, a celebration of young creators and the incredible things they make with code! Imagine a science fair, but for coding and digital technologies. This technology showcase is open to anyone up to the age of 18. Participants can showcase their projects individually or in groups, and projects don’t even need to be complete to be submitted—just bring your ideas and creativity! Scholarships are also available to help with costs.

Water Safety with Bubbles the Goldfish

Sleeping Beauty

Continental Ballet Company's Sleeping Beauty is a fairy tale told through the art of classical ballet. It begins with the birth of Princess Aurora and visits from her fairy godmothers. She is bestowed with many gifts and one curse that puts her into a deep sleep, only to be awoken by her true love’s kiss. The work is set to Tchaikovsky’s beautiful music, with exquisite dancing, costumes and sets. Appropriate for all ages. Includes 20 minute intermission .
