Farina Rossa

Pizza with a Very Different Approach

?Farina Rossa, which translates to "red flour," is named for the high-quality wheat we source from the upper Midwest. We take great pride in our old-school craftsmanship, meticulously crafting our Neapolitan and Detroit pizza dough entirely by hand. The final result is anything but traditional. Our pizzas are ingredient-driven, complex in flavor, and crafted with unwavering intent for one of the best pizza experiences in the Twin Cities.
