BENCHS invites you and your furry friends to a fun-filled day on the trails of Spring Lake Park and Hiniker Pond. All proceeds go towards supporting our shelter animals.

Strides Against Bladder Cancer Walk

Bladder cancer is the 3rd-most common cancer in men with 65,000 new cases each year and over 500,000 living with the disease in the U.S.

The Institute for Prostate and Urologic Cancers at the University of Minnesota is at the forefront of research in identifying new urine-based diagnostics tests, treating early-stage cancer to preserve the bladder, and identifying precision medicine strategies to use chemotherapy more effectively.

Step back in time and explore the fascinating stories of Rochester's prominent figures as we wander through historic Oakwood Cemetery. Tours will begin often from 10am - 2pm, so meet our knowledgeable guides at the Healy Chapel, where they will bring the past to life, sharing tales of: Lucy Wilder, Daisy and Henry Plummer, James and Birdie Reid, and MORE!
