DIY Earrings Workshop with Larissa Loden

The big enchilada herself, Larissa Loden, is back in the studio for a jewelry-making workshop that’s sure to be a dynamite time. Treat yourself to a break from the madness of the season to relax, play, and lean into carefree creativity. In this guided DIY workshop, you’ll have a jolly ol’ time making earrings using Larissa's personally sourced components from her secret stash - a magical assortment of dead stock, vintage, and one-off components - to craft your own LL-inspired earrings.

Celebrate Rochester! New Year's Eve

Free community celebration with daytime family activities, evening entertainment and a football watch party.

Family-friendly activities at the Kids’ Fun Zone from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. include indoor roller skating, a video game/VR truck, balloon animals, face painting, photo booth, and DJ. A Kids’ Ball drop at 6:00 p.m. will allow Rochester’s youngest community members to ring in the new year before bedtime.

Cathedral Christmas Festival Concert, Christmas Together with Steven C.

Gather your friends and family for a festive evening of music and celebration at the Cathedral of Saint Paul! Multi-platinum recording artist and composer, Steven C, will perform his 7th annual Christmas Together concert the first two nights of the Cathedral Christmas Festival. Shows take place at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, and Friday, Dec. 8. Get ready to be mesmerized by enchanting melodies and joyful carols that fill the magnificent cathedral.

Candlelight Event

Enjoy Ney’s trails illuminated by candlelight! We have a candlelit cross country ski trail (classically groomed, one track) as well as a snowshoe/hiking trail. The event is free to attend and no registration is required, however, if you would like to rent skis or snowshoes, it is $3 for members, $5 for non-members. These rentals are first-come, first-serve and new rentals will not be sent out after 8:30pm.

Bringing Light to Chisholm

Join the Beemer boys for a cozy, festive night of reimagined holiday classics, featuring a rotating cast of super-secret, super-notable Twin Cities artists from across the musical spectrum.

Art Fair in the Gardens

The art fair at Munsinger and Clemens Gardens offers a beautiful backdrop for art enthusiasts and visitors alike. With over 60 artists showcasing their unique pieces, there is something for everyone. From paintings and sculptures to jewelry and pottery, visitors can browse and purchase some wonderful artwork.

While browsing through the art fair, visitors can also enjoy the many music performers provided on stage along the river. The talented musicians create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for all who attend.

Adult Nordic Ski Club

The program will meet on Saturday’s from 10:00 - 11:30am beginning in January, please see dates. Join our Adult Nordic Ski Club to learn new skills, make friends, and have fun! If you need equipment, please check the box and fill out the sizing information. Your registration is for all three meetings. Ages 17 and up.
