Parlour Bar St. Paul

Parlour St. Paul joined the West 7th Neighborhood in April of 2018. Taking all of the things that made Parlour Minneapolis what it is, the burger, old fashioned and atmosphere, we crossed over to St. Paul with a larger space and menu. We are West 7th Finer Diner from eggs served all day to boozy milkshakes, we have a seat for everyone.

Parlour Bar Minneapolis

Our lower-level Parlour bar has set a new standard for bartending and cocktail creation. A cozy and intimate space, Parlour features a large wall of windows, tufted banquettes, small tables and a large bar and offers a small food menu. Parlour’s craft cocktail menu has its foundation in the classics; a perfect martini, an old-fashioned or a gimlet.

Colita

Maison Margaux

Maison Margaux offers a French brasserie, an haute couture event center, and a sultry underground bar emulating the Paris catacombs.

Gai Noi

Gai Noi, short for khao gai noi, is a type of short grain glutinous rice emblematic of the northern Xieng Khouang regions of Laos, where chef Ann and her family are from. Also known as ‘little chick’ due to its spotted appearance and small shape, khao niew (sticky rice) is a staple of the Lao diet and is eaten in tandem with nearly all other dishes.
