Wok in the Park Restaurant is a modern Fresh Asian Bistro located in St. Louis Park Minnesota, just west of Uptown Minneapolis. Our simple handcrafted recipes put a fresh and unique twist on classic Asian cuisine. Our menu is inspired, inventive, and passionate. Watson Hunting Camp

At the Watson Hunting Camp we specialize in offering you a high quality hunting experience. Located in the heart of the Lac qui Parle Wildlife refuge in western Minnesota, the hunting opportunities available at our camp are very diverse and plentiful. We also have a bar and grill on site. 

The new main lodge sleeps up to 14 hunters comfortably. We have a bath house with sauna and a great room with satellite TV.

Watson Hunting Camp is now offering ice house rentals on Lac qui Parle. Join us this winter in catching big walleye, slab crappies, and toothy northern pike!

Veteran's Park Campground

On the east edge of Dawson, you will find our well-maintained campground. Currently, there are 10 available spots for rent on a first come first served basis. We only take reservations during June. In June, Dawson celebrates Riverfest. There is water and electricity at each site. Adjacent to the campground, is a bathroom/shower house, the Aquatic Center, park, tennis courts, basketball field, pickle ball court and softball field. Come and stay awhile! You'll be happy you did.  Available at the campground is free wi-fi!

River Crest Golf Course

Formerly known as “The Crossings at Montevideo”, River Crest was originally built in 1923 as a nine hole course. In 1994, the second nine was completed. River Crest is now a challenging 18 hole course with rolling hills, interesting greens, and just the right amount of sand to keep golfers on their toes. It is located on the bank of the Minnesota River where the Chippewa River crosses into the Minnesota River.

Madison Country Club

The Madison Country Club is open, April 15th through September 30th, to the public with Women’s League on Tuesday evenings and Men’s League on Thursday evening.

Established in 1927, the Madison Country Club is a nine hole golf course situated on 40 acres which includes; two water holes, one par 3, and eight par 4’s.

The country club also offers a full kitchen, full bar, and dining room area.

Lions Club Park

Offers a picnic area and a shelter area. Camping space is available for rent. Call the city office at 320-367-2140 for more information.

The Lion's club organizes the 4th of July event each year.

Kerkhoven Golf Course

The 9-hole "Kerkhoven" course at the Kerkhoven Community Golf Club facility in Kerkhoven, Minnesota features all the hallmarks of Minnesota golf. Kerkhoven golf course opened in 1975.

J.F. Jacobson Park

A camping site with many things to do! The Lac qui Parle County Historical Museum with an authentic pioneer log cabin, country school, and machine shed are all on this site. It is also home to the studio of Madison native author, Robert Bly. The park also features a large statue of a cod fish named, "Lou T. Fisk" and a farmers market every Saturday during summer months.
