Marine Mills Folk School

Marine Mills Folk School is a non-profit folk school located in Marine on St. Croix whose mission is to support our community and strengthen connections by inviting all people to discover the joy of creating together through traditional arts and crafts. Our school is open year around and offer a variety of classes including drum making, bread baking, creating a wooden paddle, and learning new knitting techniques.

Convention Grill

The Convention Grill is the classic American diner - a place for a quick bite, good food and where customers are always remembered.

Since 1934, we have been part of the local community, as well as a destination for first-time visitors. Generations of customers keep coming back for our great hamburgers, home-style french fries and the best malted milks in town.

Come relax at a booth, table or sit on a stool at the counter. And, as with all great diners, you can watch the food being prepared in the open kitchen.

Birch Cottage

Refresh and renew at this year-round, secluded, privately-owned rustic cottage on the North Shore of Lake Superior between Tofte and Lutsen, MN. Birch Cottage can sleep four comfortably. It has two updated bedrooms with queen size beds, and one bathroom. The cottage also has a small kitchen outfitted with updated appliances and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
