Banfill-Locke Center for the Arts
About
The Banfill Tavern is a historic building (on the National Register of Historic Places) built in 1847. Located at the convergence of Rice Creek and the Mississippi at the foot of the Red River Trail. The building is also on the Mississippi River Trail bike route.
Today the building houses an art center featuring a gift shop, art gallery, artist and writer's studios, and art instructional classes. The building is located in Anoka County's Manomin Park.

Year round. Tuesday through Saturdays, 10 am-4 pm.
