Our goals are to promote good food that is local, seasonal and organically grown, to inform consumers that there is a choice in Winona for such food and for vegetarian and vegan options, to advocate sustainability and bio-diversity and cultivate a sense of community and a gathering space to support local growers, artists and musicians. The driving force behind the Blue Heron Coffeehouse has always been our passion for providing good food and service to our community.
