Boludo El 38

About

In his grandmother’s kitchen in Buenos Aires, Argentina, ‘‘CHE’’ Facundo DeFraia, spent countless hours working side-by-side his grandmother learning the art of Argentinian cooking. Facundo brought his love of cooking to the west coast in the early 2000's.

After being named the "dough wisperer" by Rick Nelson, Minneapolis Star Tribune food writer, Facundo began dreaming up his own pizzeria concept. Inspired by his childhood.

Boludo was born in 2018 in the quaint Kingfield neighborhood in South Minneapolis. Boludo unites community and people through food and music, bringing a "taste of Buenos Aires to Minneapolis."
