Kyatchi is committed to fun times, happy service, healthy oceans and perennial landscapes. Inspired by Japanese cuisine, we’re plating up sustainable ingredients – especially with a focus on sustainable fish and seafood – in both traditional Japanese and new American ways. All of our seafood is selected based on the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch guidelines. Our menu includes ramen, traditional Donburi rice and vegetable bowls, an assortment of small plates and a Japanese spin on hot dogs. (Because we like baseball too!) Named best seafood, best sushi and best hot dog by Star Tribune and Mpls St. Paul Magazine. We’re also on a mission to pour you a great sake. Irsashai! Mpls hours: M-F 4pm-12am, Sat-Sun 11am-12am.
