About

The central focus of the park is the lake and the north fork of the Roseau River. Here there is an abrupt transition from farmland to wilderness. This secluded park gives visitors a chance to see a variety of Minnesota wildlife. Loons, moose and beaver can often be seen; fisher, otter, lynx, black bear and wolves also live in the area. 13 mi hiking trails, and 6 mi snowmobile.

Dates

Park permits: $35 annual, $26 second vehicle, $12 handicapped, or $7 daily. Camping fees are separate.
