We transformed the historic Gardner Hardware store in the Maytag Co. building into NOLO's Kitchen & Bar. Located at 515 N Washington Avenue in the North Loop neighborhood in Minneapolis, NOLO's combines a refined twist on the classic neighborhood tavern. We feel that familiar food with a twist and a charismatic atmosphere should be a staple in your life.
Our menu is straightforward with pasta made in front of guests at the chef's table, an award-winning burger made with Peterson’s ground beef, and entrées with ingredients that your grandmother can pronounce. Our chef, Peter Hoff brings his culinary vision and passion for local ingredients to create a well-rounded menu of new modern American comfort food.
