Follow Skyline Drive from Spirit Mountain & I-35 to Enger Tower, over a dozen waterfalls to Hawk Ridge and down Seven Bridges Road.

Overlooking the lovely port city of Duluth, the Skyline Parkway offers travelers a rewarding, bird's-eye view of the harbor and the endless shoreline of Lake Superior. Recreational opportunities on neighboring trails and in local parks make this drive especially refreshing. Enjoy hiking, cross-country skiing, mountain biking and picnic areas along the way. A main attraction along skyline parkway is the Duluth Traverse Trail - a mountain bike trail that spans the entire length of the city. At the northern end of the Byway, Hawk Ridge is an excellent vantage point for watching migratory birds in spring and fall.

A very nice way to see the City of Duluth and Lake Superior by car or bike. Be sure yo stop at the Visitor Center for information and the view.

Skyline Parkway extended way longer than we imagined and loved it! Great views and some scenic overlooks. Beautiful scenery and seeing more of Duluth.

There are several nice places to stop along this drive. For us, the best part was Hawk Ridge, as they were counting birds during migration.
