Square Lake Park
About
Square Lake has some of the clearest waters in Minnesota, and draws SCUBA divers from throughout the metropolitan region. There is a beautiful 950 foot sand beach, changing rooms, restrooms, picnic tables and grills. The park is also located along a County bike route. The lake features outstanding fishing, including trout, which can be accessed by using the fishing pier or boat launch. The parking lot is also cleared in the winter for ice fishing access.
Dates
The park is open daily from 6am to 10pm. The boat launch is open from 6am to 11pm during the boating season.
Rates
Washington County Parks vehicle permit required - $7.00 per day or $30.00 for a 12-month vehicle permit.
