Mill City Museum

Built into the ruins of what was once the world’s largest flour mill, Mill City Museum is located on the historic Mississippi Riverfront. Here, visitors of all ages learn about the intertwined histories of the flour industry, the river, and the city of Minneapolis.

Milk & Honey Ciders

Milk & Honey Ciders produces fine American cider from heirloom and traditional cider apple cultivars. Our farmhouse cidery and orchard focuses on interesting, dry, highly aromatic and tannic ciders made in the rolling hills of Stearns County with minimal intervention. Let the apples shine.

Milan Arv Hus Museum

Heritage House features the work of world famous Norwegian rosemalers, a mural by Augsburg artist Phillip Thompson and other local history and culture displays. Group tours available.

Milaca Museum

Local history museum housed in a National Register WPA building with Federal Arts Project murals. Sponsored by the Milaca Area Historical Society, the museum is open April through October, except July 3 & 4 or by appointment. Call for hours.

The Milaca Area Tourism Bureau promotes events, attractions, restaurants, and lodging in the Milaca area, including Foreston, Bock, and Pease.

Milaca Area Chamber

Milaca is situated on the Rum River which winds its way through town and provides canoeing, tubing and fishing opportunities. If golfing is your passion, make a tee time at the 18-hole golf club situated on the river.
A mountain biking trail begins at Rec Park, also home of a skate board park and winter ice skating. Two other well groomed city parks make for great gathering and picnic opportunities.
The classic bandshell in Rec Park is a bonus for outdoor entertainment.

Milaca Area Bike Trails

Whether you prefer the easy, relaxing ride through The Meadow and Rum River Run, or the more physically challenging terrain of the Sky Hill Trails, the Milaca mountain biking trails have something to offer riders of all skill and interest levels. This 14-mile single-track trail system is nestled within 200 acres of woods, hills and fields along the beautiful and scenic Rum River. An experience you won't forget!
