Blades of Giving

Glide into the season of gratitude at Blades of Giving. This Thanksgiving themed skate event where giving back is part of the fun! Bring a non-perishable canned food item to support a local food shelf and receive $1 off your skate admission. Enjoy a morning of family-friendly skating and community spirit, all while helping those in need this holiday season.

Barnyard Boogie

Join us for a knee-slapping good time! Kick up your heels and dance to Cotton-Eyed Joe, the Chicken Dance, the Barnyard Role Call plus many more fun and crazy songs. This events festivities also include petting zoo animals, crafts, a bounce house, and more! Co-sponsored by the Victoria and Chanhassen Parks & Recreation Departments.

American Red Cross Blood Drive

The City of Victoria is hosting a blood drive with the American Red Cross on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Victoria Recreation Center gymnasium.

Wonders of the Night Sky

Join acclaimed astronomer Mike Lynch for a stellar evening as you watch a great celestial show over the Forest History Center. Mike will have his telescopes set up for viewing, including his 20 inch giant reflector telescopes! View stars, planets, nebulae and galaxies! You are welcome to bring your own binoculars or telescopes, and bring lawn chairs and a blanket.
