Disgruntled Brewing

One taste and you’ll know this is Midwest brewing at its finest—skilled, artful Midwest brewing. The kind of Midwest craft brewing that’s drawing attention worldwide. Beer-flavored water from St. Louis Missouri this is not.

The Disgruntled Brewing formula is simple: Combine our slightly-gruff, admittedly never-quite-satisfied brewery, the world’s best ingredients, and then stand back and marvel as we produce one great beer after another. Ales. Lagers. Stouts. Wheat beers. Specialties. Seasonals. German. Belgian. Russian.

Here in Anoka we are blessed to have a genuine, historic downtown, not a manufactured "Main Street." This makes us a unique shopping destination within the Twin Cities. We’re real. We’re classic. So how do we stay vital?

The odds are stacked against small businesses. 4 out of 5 don’t make it past the critical 5 year mark. If you want to ensure that the restaurants, boutiques, and mom-and-pop shops you love stay around for a long time, all you have to do is spend your money there–whenever you can, whatever you can. It’s that simple.
