Albert Lea, known as "The Land Between the Lakes," is a scenic southern Minnesota gem nestled between Fountain Lake and Albert Lea Lake. Albert Lea Community Theatre

Albert Lea Community Theatre (ACT) was organized in 1965 for the purpose of bringing together members of our community to create quality theatre for our area. Our community theatre is a great common denominator which brings an understanding of the performing arts. Young and old, professional and blue collar, all come together to produce a play. We welcome first time actors, singers and volunteers along with seasoned thespians that mentor the newcomers.

Albert Lea Civic Music Association

For over 50 years, the Albert Lea Civic Music Association arranges and provides professional musical performances, lesson schoalarships, and college scholarships for Southern Minnesota.

Albert Lea Art Center and Art on Broadway Gift Shop

The Art Center has a permanent collection of Midwest artists on display in its Hall Gallery. Some of our featured artists include Lloyd Herfindahl, Stu Botten, Nam Rhodes and John Lacies, Sr. Each month different Midwest artists are invited to show in the Herfindahl and Storrer Galleries. In the Love Gallery, the Art Center invites new and upcoming artists to display their work. Gift shop includes unique gifts from jewelry to pottery, art supplies and special orders.

Albany Chamber of Commerce

The Albany Chamber of Commerce is organized to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the Albany Area so that its citizens and all areas of its business community shall prosper. All necessary means of promotion shall be provided and particular attention and emphasis shall be given to the economic, civic, commercial, cultural, industrial and educational interests of the area.
