Founded by a book lover, Bee, (@bees.glorious.reads on Instagram) has a passion for all things bookish. The desire to support indie authors and traditional authors runs deep in her core. With a background of ten years in the events industry, her goal is to host a fun, inclusive, diverse, unique, and exciting Bookish Fest for authors and readers.

The Cleaver & Corn

The Cleaver & Corn is located on the Downtown Waterville loop of the Sakatah Trail. If you're boating, downtown is one block from the dock.
The Sakatah Bay offers a public dock where you can tie up to and walk to town. 
The Cleaver & Corn is a fun place to stop for a sandwich, sweets or your favorite flavor of Caramel Corn.They also carry a selection of Waterville Mech and old fashioned candy.
Stop in to take a break from the heat, fill up your water bottle, grab a bite to eat and visit with the locals.

Barn Dance with Bob Bovee, Pop Wagner & Shawn Glidden

As a nod to Forestville’s history of community gatherings in its public spaces like the school house and the Fremont House Hotel, we’ll be bringing music to the stage within the 1894 barn at Historic Forestville.

Bring your dancing shoes for our annual barn dance. Bob Bovee, Pop Wagner, and Shawn Glidden will be playing music and calling out the steps from 6:30 to 8 pm. Be sure to come early to check out the historic general store and residence on a tour of Historic Forestville

Asleep At the Wheel

Asleep at the Wheel's Ray Benson has been traversing the globe for over fifty years. As an ambassador of Western swing music, he has introduced its irresistible sound to generation after generation.
