Judy Collins inspires audiences with her sublime vocals, boldly vulnerable songwriting, personal life triumphs, and unwavering commitment to social activism. In the 1960s, she evoked both the idealism and steely determination of a generation united against social and environmental injustices. Five decades later, her luminescent presence shines brightly. Here, new generations bask in the glow of her iconic fifty-five-album body of work.
Isaiah Collier is a musical virtuoso in the truest sense of the phrase. He began playing saxophone at age eleven, and his intuitive proficiency earned him attention early on. Ever since, his band Isaiah Collier and The Chosen Few has been turning ears.
Inara George is a Los Angeles–based singer and songwriter whose voice and musicality move easily between pop, folk, and jazz. Here, she is best known as one half of The Bird and the Bee with Grammy-winning producer Greg Kurstin. Additionally, she is a member of The Living Sisters. She has built a rich and varied career that spans acclaimed solo work, collaborations with VanDyke Parks and Michael Andrews.
Holly Cole isn’t one of those artists who falls into any one category. Her smoky voice is sultry, her arrangements smart and sexy. Additionally, she and her musicians very uniquely reshape traditional jazz, pop and country standards.
Get ready for a very special evening with Herb Alpert and his brand-new Tijuana Brass. Herb along with his six great musicians will be playing all your favorite TJB hit songs just as you remember. The band includes Bill Cantos (piano & marimba), Kerry Marx (guitar), Ryan Dragon (trombone), Kris Bergh (trumpet), Ray Brinker (drums) and Hussain Jiffry (bass).
