Little Women, The Musical

Based on Louisa May Alcott's life, Little Women follows the adventures of sisters, Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy March. Jo is trying to sell her stories for publication, but the publishers are not interested—her friend, Professor Bhaer, tells her that she has to do better and write more from herself. Begrudgingly taking this advice, Jo weaves the story of herself and her sisters and their experience growing up in Civil War America.

Coffee Chat Series

Join our coffee chat lecture series and learn more about the iconic Round Tower at Fort Snelling. Built in 1820, it was originally designed as a final line of defense for soldiers in case of attack. For over 200 years the Round Tower has stood witness to many eras of Minnesota history, which we will explore in this presentation. We will also discuss the many purposes the building has served throughout its existence, including time as a hair salon, a private residence and a museum.
